DELIVERY

The most of our stock items are located in  our central warehouse in Zeewolde (NL). This means that we can ship your order normally within 48 hours after receivement of your order and payment. Currently 94% of all our orders are shipped within 24 hours.  If there is an unexpected delay we will notify you about the new delivery date.  Our carrier is PostNL or DHL.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipments within the Netherlands: 5,95 euro

Shipments outside the Netherlands 9,95 euro

Shipments "onder rembours" (payment at the moment of delivery) 19,50 euro. (only possible within the Netherlands)

RETURNS

If the product you bought in our online store is not to your satisfaction, you can send this back to us within 7 days after you have recevied your package. We will refund you the money within 5 days. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
